So here's thing, I tend to be a bit of a San Diego mogul...literally. I'm probably only home for maybe 5 nights out of the week and when there I usually just sleep or work. Below is my Friday morning outfit from last week, post night-out. All pieces were scavenged out of the trunk of my car. And woo hoo, it wasn't a total wardrobe mess. Anyways, what I'm getting at is when grabbing coffee at 7 am, even if I'm feeling lazy, I try to avoid the yoga pant 'I just worked out but not really' go-to. Why? Yes, it's comfortable and if you know me well-enough, you know I am ALL about that. However, this is America and we are lazy. You owe it to yourself to step it up a bit. Granted, I'm a basic 22 year-old so I slip up every now and then, but if you're on the go as much as I am -- it's just kind of a style-must to have a good balance of statement pieces and basics for days of the unexpected.
